When you create an account we collect your name, email address and phone number. When you make a booking we store your event details and the deposit payment record. Suppliers additionally provide business details, photos and pricing.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and bookings.
- To connect customers with suppliers and process secure deposits.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and service updates.
- To keep the marketplace safe and prevent fraud or abuse.
Payments
Deposit payments are processed by our payment provider through a secure checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Sharing your information
We share only what is necessary to fulfil a booking — for example, your event details are shared with the supplier you book. We never sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and basic analytics to understand how the site is used.
Your rights
